Good morning and happy Thursday!

If you didn’t see my e-mail, the Partridge Creek Triangle Scarf pattern is officially live in my Etsy and Ravelry shops! I also kept a little secret from you, but now the cat is out of the bag and this design is available as a Lion Brand Kit! *cue happy dance*

This is my second kit with Lion Brand and it is as exciting as the first. When I made the decision to take my crochet business full time, this is exactly what my goal was – to establish a relationship with yarn companies and branch out more as a designer. It still feels surreal that this is happening, especially so soon after going full time, but I am so thrilled and already planning my next designs!

I want to share a little bit about this design and my style, in case you are new around here. I taught myself how to crochet in 2016 from YouTube, and let me tell you – there are so many amazing videos and tutorials out there but it’s still pretty difficult when you don’t have anyone telling you if you are doing it right or wrong. Needless to say, I have come a long way with my skills and I feel like my designs are really geared towards ambitious beginners. My goal with my patterns is to have fun, quick, and beginner friendly projects so that you want to keep learning and falling in love with this craft. Most of my patterns use Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick & Quick, because the chunkier the yarn + bigger the tool, the faster you will have a finished product. That may seem like common sense but if you’re just starting out, you may not know that yet!

My designs are perfect for beginners to get to the finish line, resulting in their drive to make more, practice their skills, make as gifts, or to easily and quickly stock up if you sell finished goods at markets or craft shows.

The Partridge Creek Triangle Scarf is the newest in the LRK pattern library that checks all of the boxes listed above. This project can be done from start to finish in one afternoon, can easily be made larger or smaller, includes written and photo instructions, and takes less than 4 skeins of Wool Ease Thick & Quick, (which let’s be honest, you probably already have in your stash lol).

Like I said before, this design is available as a kit with Lion Brand, and is available in 5 beautiful new colorways. All kits are currently on sale for 40% off, and you can get your discount by using the code DEC40 during checkout.

If you are not a crocheter, (yet), no worries! I always have my finished items for sale in my Etsy shop if this design is something you simply cannot live without. Click HERE to shop my color collection, and enjoy free shipping on everything for a limited time only!

Thank you, as always, for your continued support and I hope you love this design as much as I do – whether you are going to make your own or would love an LRK original. 🙂

Cheers,
Gianna
